Gerald K. Carlisle, Esq. has been of counsel at Carlisle-Kesling & Associates Co., L.P.A. since 2002 and is the founding member of the law firm of Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer & Ulrich Co., L.P.A., retired.  His areas of concentration in the law include residential and commercial real estate from a transactional, litigation, financing, and title insurance standpoint, particularly in the area of FHA-insured project loans.  He has considerable and longstanding experience with complex business/employment transactions, litigation, creditor representation, municipal law, and construction matters.  He has represented small to medium businesses in Ohio for 50+ years.

He has been a licensed title agent since 1970.  He obtained his BA from the College of Wooster and his JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.  He is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Ohio Association of Independent Title Agents and is a frequent lecturer at legal and title seminars.
